The Castroville Conservatory

How to apply for a scholarship at The Castroville Conservatory (TCC):

 

Students who have passed the RCM Certificate Exam at their level are eligible to apply for the Margaret Reus Music Scholarship. The scholarship provides up to $500 toward the cost of tuition at The Castroville Conservatory for one school year (excluding the summer session). Up to three scholarships will be made available each year. Further details are as follows:

 

• Students must be currently enrolled at The Castroville Conservatory and recommended by their instructor.

• Students must achieve a passing score on the RCM exam either in-person or online. Those with the highest exam scores will be selected (up to 3 recipients).

• Students must commit to an additional two semesters of study at the conservatory (TCC) for private lessons of 45-min. duration.

• Additional performance opportunities for scholarship recipients will be available.

• Deadline to apply will be November 1st for the next upcoming school year.

• Attendance at semester studio recital required.
